DMCA Takedown Notice Instructions
If you believe that content hosted on Castcraft infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. A valid notice must:
- Identify the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list of such works
- Identify the material you claim is infringing and its location on our platform
- Provide your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
- Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner
- Include a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
- Include your physical or electronic signature

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a DMCA counter-notification. Counter-notices must include:
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- Your name, address, email, and phone number
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your physical or electronic signature
We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the content.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, Castcraft has a policy to terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users before account termination where appropriate.
