Castcraft provides an all-in-one podcasting platform including recording, editing, hosting, distribution, and AI-powered content generation tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You retain all rights to the content you create and upload to Castcraft. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, distribute, and display your content as necessary to provide the service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to upload all content you provide.
Castcraft provides access to royalty-free music and audio for use in your podcasts. You may use this content in episodes published through Castcraft. You may not sublicense, resell, or redistribute music content from our library independently of Castcraft. See our Music Rights Policy for full details.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice posted on our website.
We may terminate or suspend your access to Castcraft immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may delete your content after termination, though we will make reasonable efforts to notify you first.
Castcraft is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Castcraft and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe your copyright has been infringed on Castcraft, please see our DMCA Policy for instructions on filing a takedown request.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Castcraft operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
