We want you to be happy with Castcraft. If you're not, here's how refunds work.
All paid plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're unsatisfied with your subscription within the first 14 days, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. This applies to first-time subscribers only.
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle. If you cancel during a billing cycle, you will retain access until the end of that cycle. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period after it has started, except under our 14-day guarantee.
Annual subscriptions are billed once per year. If you cancel an annual subscription, you retain access for the remainder of your annual period. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused time on annual plans, except under our 14-day money-back guarantee or as required by applicable law.
To request a refund, contact us at hello@castcraft.polsia.app with your account email and reason for the refund. We process refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to be abusive or fraudulent. If you have received a service interruption due to a platform bug on our end, we will issue a prorated credit or refund at our discretion.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect immediately — you will not be charged again, and you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
